    You meant,

DeAngelo reminds me of Del Zotto but good on defense and can skate backwards

I was going to expound on all the ways that he seems better than Del Zotto but I didn't want my fingers to cramp from typing too much. Carpal tunnel prevention tactic!

Yeah, DeAngelo better be on this team. I've really liked his game.
Glad these guys tied it. I really hope Grabner can repeat and expand upon last season. If he even finishes half or 2/3 of his breaks, he'd score 45 fucking goals. Hahaha.
    Out: Girardi, Klein, Stepan, Raanta
    In: Shattenkirk, Desharnais, Pavalec, DeAngelo/Bereglazalov/Pionk

Two chances at the other end by DeAngelo and philly comes down the ice to score. Yeah, that's about right.

That was a hell of a shift by Chytil at the end too.

Yeah, every game he has made a case for keeping him on the roster. Scared to let him leave the states.

TBH I think he deserves a Center spot more than Andersson. If management is debating between either one of the two.

Pav doesn't look great. Rebound control is awful.

Absolutely. No question. Ten fold. I'm super excited about Chytil. Not so much about Andersson.

Agreed. Also doesn't seem to have good lateral movement when he goes down. Kinda like he gets stuck on the angle he goes down on.

I liked what little I saw of that Nell kid.

    he looked like a backup.
I thought his positioning and control was decent, a few bad rebounds.
OT goal was bad, but flukey. a couple goals were good. i cant think of the third

nothing that bad, we screwed if henrik goes down regardless

    Ha ha ha.

And we sing the praises of DeAngelo, so of course he shows his inexperience late in the game.

Meh, he'll make mistakes, but I'm comfortable that he can limit them. He has looked sound fundamentally otherwise, though it is preseason.

Didn't see game only watched the highlights on line, but was DeAngelo on for all the goals against?

Ha, shit. Watching the replay now. Def on for the first goal screening Pav.
He was NOT on for the second goal, Kamfer and Skjei were.
Def on for the third goal and the OT goal.
The OT goal is really bothersome after watching the replay. He gets walked and then completely gives up on Konecny.

Yup, and that will happen. He's not great in his own zone.

And to think, he's our best RH defender...
