Bad team that will be good: I love the CAR, BUF, and DAL mentions. DAL really stands out to me because they're supposed to be good.

I agree with the Dallas shouts.

I can see Montreal & Washington being weaker, albeit not much. Carolina are much improved. Vancouver look better but that isn't hard to be fair.

 

If anything, the Rangers appear on paper one of the weaker teams.

Arizona will be one year older and have decent depth/goaltending. Pitt will struggle as the season goes on.

I think Washington is going to suck unless they make a serious move. You're talking about Brooks Orpik being in their top-4 right now and a non-existent bottom 6. Maybe Djoos is ready right away, but man, they are awfully thin.

Washington will probably see the biggest fall in sheer points.
