Likely, you are right. Hamonic had his troubles this year and has been criticized for taking the puck into places where an attack is neutralized. His passing could be better.

 

This is the Hamonic /da Haan issue I mentioned in the Ranger forum. Calvin da Haan has outplayed him this year. The Isles will have to leave one unprotected unless they trade one or deal with Vegas.

 

Thankfully, I think teams won't overvalue Hamonic and the Isles would need to add something significant to do any kind of deal with Colorado.
