I sometimes have to decide how many buttons I'm gonna button at the top so I leave that for last. I always know I'm buttoning all of the bottom ones. For one, if you're like me and hate buttoning the very top button its a real fucking pain in the ass when you get to the bottom of the shirt and you realize you skipped a hole or a button somewhere and have to start over again. If going for a quick lunch run ... on and off like a pullover -- no need to eff with buttons.
