    Victor Cruz CUT by the Giants.

    NFL Network's Kimberly Jones reported Monday the Giants have released the veteran wide receiver, per a source informed of the decision. The Record first reported the news.

    Cruz has spent his entire seven-year career with the Giants since entering the league as an undrafted free agent. His breakout 2011 campaign -- where he caught 82 passes for 1,536 yards -- greatly contributed to the Giants' Super Bowl XLVI win over the New England Patriots.

    Mmm, he wasn't as good after he got hurt but certainly Giants should honor him next season. As a Jets fan, however, I say, GOOD RIDDANCE and expect us to sign him off free agency 😉.

    The score reporting Giants have released Rashad Jennings too.

    Maybe they'll actually pick up a legit RB and TE now.

    I'm okay with this move. 2 years 12 mil. Takes some pressure off OBJ and gives Giants three solid wide outs.

    Focus on RB, TE, and OL

    This is key for this offseason. The run game has been terrible for a while now, and they need to shore up the line and give Eli more time to get a play off. I wish they would dump Flowers. The guy is a walking penalty. Overtime they get a big play, its called back because that dope can't stop holding people.
