Need that 2nd pick. Colts will trade theirs, watch the Jets swoop in and get a QB before the Giants.

It all depends on how this draft class is ranked and All I hear is that itís one of the best. I donít watch college football to know. The only thing I k ow is that I wouldnít want Josh Rosen because of the shoulder surgery and concussion.

My prayers are answered; the NYG are going to get a sure-bet, as many suggest, high draft pick. Whoopee! Guaranteed to be the next coming of.......................

I'm more pleased that they won; and played well.

I wouldnít be too upset with them drafting a RB. They havenít had a game changing RB for years. Enough with the plugs.

"Supposedly" down to 3 coaching candidates...

    McDaniels
    Patricia
    Shurmur

I think all would be solid choices.

ESPN and other sites are reporting that Patricia seems like the favorite to take the job ATM. Funny how two current Patriot coaches emerge in the top 3.

    http://www.espn.com/blog/new-york-gi...clear-favorite

Patricia is the favorite for the job, according to multiple sources with knowledge of the team’s search. The Giants were impressed by his smarts and view him as the ultimate Bill Belichick protťgť considering he was close to a blank canvas when he arrived in New England.

Hiring a defensive guy makes absolutely no sense when the most important thing in the next 3 or so years is developing your next QB.

Unless they're tripling down on building the league's best defense and trying to somehow be competitive for the next couple years with Eli...but that seems like wishful thinking.

Denver did it with Peyton and won a SB.

The head coach being a defensive guy is irrelevant. Any young QB is going to be around the QB coach 24/7. The QB coach and the OC are going to be responsible for his development. If the head coach is a defensive guy, he just has to let them work and leave them alone.
