    You can't say adding a player of one of the other tandems, while keeping both as being realistic. Not even sure what your point is there.

    My point is that while Brassard and Stepan aren't the type of players that some of those guys are, they still got closer to the cup than some of those guys.

    It still doesn't make sense. Those players don't have a team around them. Trade any of those duos for Step and Brass and they are close to a cup as well.

    Torts called it when he said Joe Thornton might be one of the best NHL players to never win anything. He's highly over rated along with a bunch of those other guys. I'll gladly take our two guys who are younger and just reaching their primes over most of those players. Stanley Cup 2016!
