    Rangers Tickets Availability

Hi guys not sure if anyone can help but after several emails to the NYR and a couple of posts on the Facebook page struggling to get information on when Rangers tickets become available..... I am looking to purchase tickets for the Jets/Rangers game OCT 13th as i travel to NY on the 12th Cant find tickets except places like STUBHUB? which I'm not to sure about using due to the fact can't even get tickets on TICKETMASTER... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

I would assume they are available before preseason starts? Don't take my word for it though. Just call MSG, i'm sure they can tell you

Not sure they've been made available yet, but the team will make an announcement on their website/Facebook and all other forms of media when single game tickets are available for purchase. It's usually much closer to the start of the season than July or August.

Why wouldn't you just use StubHub?

Tickets on there at this point are season ticket holders or resellers.

StubHub is just resellers trying to make some extra cash. Buy straight from the team.

Which can be quite difficult when buying from abroad. For some games, the team doesn't even offer pairs of tickets, let alone if your group is more than two. If there's one thing the NHL (and the Rangers) struggle with, it's single game ticket availability.

That's not true, early on this season there are a handful of games that are going to be total duds on the resale market. From that December 20th game vs the ducks and on the market will really pickup.

Yes, a game against Florida or Phoenix will be cheap, but prices for most games will be at or above face until the day of the game if it's a decent matchup.

what is face value if you go through NYR?

Tickets for the Jets game - when I looked a few days ago - were only $70.

That depends on where you're sitting. I believe that's the only factor when buying straight from the team. When you're buying from StubHub, it depends on the seats, the day of the week and the opponent. Prices from the Rangers probably went up because of yet another successful season.

Half season and mini plan renewals or upgrades opened up today.

Upgraded to the half season for the upcoming season. Got 200 level seats. Dolan only raised prices 5 dollars a game.

    Biggest difference

My 10 game mini plan. ...no playoff rights

Half season plans.....rights to 50 percent of games at face value
