I'm OK with that, if it means he develops confidence and good habits.

Playing over his head can't be good for him.

Huge day for Tambellini with a hat trick and an assist.

With every passing day this draft class looks more and more like the best in a long time for the Rangers, which is really impressive considering the lack of 1st and 2nd round picks. A lot can change, but right now every single pick looks like a home run.

I feel like I can't say this possibly enough times, so I'll say it again. TMFN, THANK YOU for these updates. I honestly have stopped looking anywhere else for news on our prospects. I just click this section and look for your most recent post. Great work you're doing, and I'm very appreciative.

Yet another huge game for Tambellini with a goal and 3 assists, all coming on the PP in a 7-1 win. He now has 27 points in 19 games.

Boy, does it look like we made the most of those 3rd rounders. It looks as if we had a normal draft, with 1st, 2nd and 3rd round picks, and not just three third rounders. Impressed so far.

This guy smells like an over-ager to me.

Confused by that comment. He's not an over-ager.

He's the same draft year as Duclair. Sept 94-Aug 95 was the range. He's Nov 94. 10 month difference but same draft year.

He went from playing against guys older than him to guys his age or younger. He's listed at 6'2" and under 170 pounds on some sites, but the WHL roster has him as 6'3" and 185 pounds, so he's grown physically which could help him in Juniors. We really won't know much until we see more of him since he's hopped around this year. I'm hoping for the best, but like Duclair we have to keep our expectations tame.
