Caps are just a bunch of limited talent goons. Certainly conducting themselves that way. If the league wants to control this shit these talentless teams trying to look tough should be penalized, not the love taps they’re penalizing.

These softer calls have been a feature of all early playoff games. Maybe the league has decided to make a statement to players about what will be tolerated.
