  1. It doesn't, that's why Ovie didn't have to lead his instagram account with a photo of him sucking up to Putin.
  2. Okay, check out the photo he uses on his instagram account, like, today... https://www.instagram.com/aleksandrovechkinofficial/?hl=en
  3. Echoing observations of others: Kakko looked really good. No need for Gus at $3m next year with Jones at less than $1. Miller clearly better w/o Trouba Cats pressure the puck and create lots of turnovers. Occasionally get burned doing so. Tough playoff opponent.
  4. Start the Gregorian chant: Igor Igor. I hope Barc stays at one. It would mean that he will almost certainly score an OT or other huge goal in the playoffs. That's just how these things work.
  5. Trivia: Tony Montana (Florida enforcer who held team record for penalty minutes and exhibited some signs of CTE).
  6. Wouldn't mind seeing the Caps miss the playoffs by one point and having it be on Tom Wilson.
  7. I wasn't really focused on Panarin as the number of ENs being scored overall. You can't really compare overall offensive stats to those more than about 6-8 years old because of the number of ENs
  8. I'd like to see a stat on the number of empty net goals over the years. There are so many now that it is actually distorting statistics. They've had Panara out there every time there is an empty net.
  9. Elmont loss leaves them five out of last playoff spot with one game at hand. I would hate to see Lou's last great project be a FLAMING FAILURE.
  10. From a no sound persective watching in a bar, it looked like as good of a game as we have played all year.
  11. I know people who are ex-Rangers fans because of this. It was a remarkable turn around from a formerly fan friendly organization. Back when they remodeled the Garden in 1989, they went to great pains to keep whole sections of season holders seated in new sections with all of the people from their old section in order to maintain friendships. Can't imagine that today.
  12. Triva: Monkey. (Species of escaped circus animal found dead in the ceiling of Boston Garden when it was demolished).
