Two and Oh!!! A bit of a struggle tonight, but we were able to put on our big boy pants and get that all important 2nd game of the series locked up. Here are the Top 6 nominees for tonight's “Ozzy Quote of the GDT”. The good old boys were able to squeak out the game winner and put this one to rest, after falling behind in the 1st period, and the winning quote for tonight’s GDT goes to @Dem!! Well, it's 2-0 and we've often found ourselves at this crossroads. Not this year though, son!! That shit doesn't fly on a team headed by Laviolette! We're rolling and this shit is only going to get rough for these Capitals. We can address what we need to when and if some things goes up in smoke, but for now...we're just getting it done!!!

Colorado played something like the last 3:43 of the game with the net empty, and didn't surrender even a sniff at the goal. I seriously think they'd be better off just keeping Georgiev on the bench and playing with an open net all game. Probably just put him in for defensive zone face-offs!! LOL At one point I think Winnipeg had 6 goals on 19 shots!! A garbage can could do that!!! ...maybe better...no 5 hole!

I never asked this, but do the refs specifically officiate in conference? I don't think I've ever seen or took time to notice if Wes and Kelly Sutherland do Western Conference Games. I'm pretty sure I've never seen some of the refs in last night's Canucks game do our games. They were fucking terrible yesterday. Something REALLY needs to be done about that crew yesterday. Aside from all the ticky tack shit that was called, the "icing" took the cake! ...fucking Caps player winds it around the boards all the way out and back into their own zone and they call icing??? Seriously, Gary??? It's high fucking time to get Kelly Sutherland the FUCK away from handling games. Make him a supervisor or just fucking send him to ref pee wee games....although @Pete and @Dunny won't like that!! ...and while we're at it...Wes MaCauley can join them! ...another fucking guy, that if he had one eye, he'd be a Cyclops!
