My favorite part of game 1 was who scored goals. Rempe- unexpected, fan favorite, the man with all the momentum and who will inevitably take a beating this post season. Vesey- and understated staple of our bottom six who gives 100% effort all the time. Panarin-Does it need to be said, Monkey off his back in the playoffs. Kreider- everyone's favorite Glider. Showing undying heart and leadership. This team was primed and is ready for the long haul here. Keep it coming boys!!!!

It's the old adage; Someone has to ruin it for the rest of em. Vegas has blatantly taken advantage of the rule gap multiple times and the NHL will be forced to close the gap. You gotta believe the Kuch scenario was a one off because Tampa isn't rubbing everyone's nose in it annually. It'll be interesting to see how they address it but I think it is inevitable that they do address it with an integrity issue being raised. It is utterly ridiculous I get it isn't a rule but there is no doubt it should be. It's like an asterisk should be placed next to any further cup wins from them should there be any in a year they play cap games like this. It's BS.
