quick release

Doing a theoretical restaurant project with costing and everything for one of my classes. This is just a four question survey asking you which dish/drink you'd rather order. I'd appreciate it if you could take a minute of your time to fill it out.

Haha, I'm not into that exotic type stuff. Gimme a bacon cheeseburger and fries and I'm a happy man.

On a more positive note, those dishes sounds good if you insert normal meat lol

Whenever I eat vanilla ice cream I put maple syrup on it instead of chocolate syrup or caramel. Just an every so often kind of thing :D

I'm definitely down for the absinthe drink, but isn't it illegal?

It used to be... until a few years ago. Now it's just really expensive and it all comes from Europe. My roommate and I have been messing around with old cocktails from before prohibition. Many of them have absinthe as an ingredient. Some, such as the Sazerac, only require you to put a dash of it in and roll it around the glass to coat it. Its that potent and adds quite a bit of anise flavor and complexity. One bottle goes a lonngg way.

Done - but I have to agree - none of it is stuff I would actually eat. Well, except the cheese plate. :p

There's a bar in mid town that serves an absynthe drink. I had two cocktails and got on the N train going the wrong way.
