I was hoping that they would make this similar to the TV show, I used to love watching the show as a kid, my mom would put the re-runs on of it for me. Now it looks like its going to be a cute, funny movie, not a dark movie like it was intended to be. I usually like Tim Burtons movies, but he got this all wrong. I was really excited when I first heard about this because I thought it was going to be a serious movie. Thinking that Johnny Dep would be a great serious Barnibus and knowing how dark Burton can be, I had really high hopes. Now, I dont even know if I could watch this. So disappointing. Dark Shadows was a great show geared twords adults, and was serious, and he changed to the total opposite. Frankenweenie is a Disney movie geared twords kids, and for what it is, it will probably be decent. Burtons animation/claymation movies have all been good for the most part and for what it is.
