Im on my phone, so I dont know how to post a link. But is he not a perfect cheap as hell replacement for Pouliot?

What do you all think?

Atleast a camp invite?

He's probably the opposite of Pouliot, and the exact type of player we don't need on our 3rd line.

I don't see any reason to even think about contemplating about thinking about possibly inviting him to camp.

Slow and old. Pouliot has already been replaced. We're done this summer, IMO.

Agreed, Brassard and Moore are our last pieces.
Beginning of this off season I had doubts, but now I believe this team has what it takes go back to the cup.

I liked Feds but this is kind of going away from AV's speed thing. Pass.

No thanks you, the guy is well past his prime, not sure he could keep up with the speed here. The only way I would even consider him is for league minimum, and as a spare forward, and even that is pushing it.

Of course league minimum. Crap I said camp invite, not multi year deal.

I dont get this talk about speed. Boyle was slow as shit. Pouliot wasnt too fast. Role players who play hard along the boards and csn crash the net could fit in any team. Feds, knack for being in front of the net as an immovable object, kinda fits the role Pouliot had. May be able to kill penalties too.

Lack of speed can be made up for with hockey smarts, strength along the boards and veteran leadership.

Meh. I think on a very low priced contract, he is a smart move and possibly a damn good fit.

Agreed, other than some possible major trade our roster is set imo.
